A year ago Thursday, I posted my first bit of crafty goodness on She’s Crafty. Since then I’ve written 222 posts about ideas that inspire and motivate me to create. The scary part is that I still have SO MUCH I want to share with you guys. There’s just not enough time in the day to get it all created/photographed/blogged, not to mention trying to work full time, be a mom and wife, and maybe do some dishes. I know you feel my pain!

I thought the perfect way to celebrate my one year anniversary would be to have a contest to give away something I’ve featured on the blog. Per request, I’ll give away a set of 2 handmade reusable shopping bags on Thursday! All you have to do is leave me a comment on this post before midnight on Wednesday, and I will choose a winner at random Thursday morning. That’s it!

Thanks for all your support over the past year. It has been a great opportunity for me to meet a ton of wonderful women and I am so blessed to be here to share the world wide web with you all. Talk to you soon!

I’m 10 days shy of my 1 year anniversary of blogging for Little Rock Mamas! My first post was on July 29, 2009, and since then I’ve posted 216 crafty ideas, inspirations, bentos, ramblings and semi-wordless wednesdays on She’s Crafty….and I can’t believe they still let me show up here semi-daily! 

I’m trying to think of something fun to celebrate, something grand and exciting and creative and mindblowingly awesome…a giveaway that just totally rocks. What sounds good to you? A bleach pen t-shirt? A tic-tac-toe to go set? A n0-sew scarf? Some reuseable shopping bags? Let me know, throw me a bone…I’ll let you all know on Friday what’s going on the giveaway block.

well, don’t try to have a garage sale and a contest online at the same time, becuase one will be forgotten. sorry guys! so i “drew” a winner today, with the help of my random number generator the husband, and the winner is….tallgirl!
